Our service provides CIC bioGUNE researchers and external customers or collaborators with bioinformatic support for the analysis, visualization and interpretation of genomics and High Throughput Sequencing (HTS) data.
We offer Advice for High Throughput Sequencing (HTS) Experimental Design, a wide HTS data analysis repertoire, and machine learning approaches to integrate multi-omics data and also uncover relations/patterns between diverse datasets. Additionally, we can carry out other specific types of HTS and genomics analysis on demand.
In addition, we also have experience developing bioinformatics prediction web tools and databases for different types of bioinformatics analyses.
