ContDist assigns quantitative (continuously distributed) gene properties to user provided input lists and implements the appropriate statistical
tools to analyze the user input in several different ways. It has a strong focus on the promoter regions of the genes which so far have been
disregarded in that kind of analysis (DNA properties, methylation and chromatin state, G+C contents, dinucleotides densities etc).

Annotation-Modules offers significant improvements over the current tools of similar nature.
The underlying annotation database implements features from many different fields like gene regulation and expression,
sequence properties, evolution and conservation, genomic localization and functional categories - resulting in about 60 different annotation features.
It examines not only single annotations but also all the combination
, which is important to gain insight into the interplay of different mechanisms in the analyzed biological system.

miRanalyzer
miRanalyser is a free web tool for the processing of small-RNAs data obtained using next generation sequencing techniques.
The input data consist of grouped sequence reads (sequence tags, unique reads), typically 16 to 26 bp long, and their expression values
(number of times the unique read has been found to be expressed in the experiment).
